Payments and Insurance
At Boulder Endodontics, we understand that navigating payments and insurance can be as complex as the dental procedures themselves. We are committed to providing transparent financial information to ensure a stress-free experience. In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all our patients.
Insurance
The only dental insurance plan that we are currently in network with is Delta Dental Premier. If you have another dental insurance plan, we’re happy to work with you to determine what your out of network benefits are in our office. Often times, the out of pocket expense is very similar whether we’re in or out of network. We’re happy to file a claim with your dental insurance company to maximize the benefits of your plan in our office. Out of pocket cost is due at the time of service and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you maximize your benefits for treatment completed in our office.
Payment Options
To help keep our fees as competitive as possible, our office participates in a Dual Pricing Program. Patients who pay by cash, or check receive our cash price. Patients who choose to pay by cards (debit or credit) will be responsible for a 3.99% non-cash adjustment fee for all credit/debit purchases. HSA or Flex cards have no fees.
Returned check policy: a $30 fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or other banking issues. Future payments may be required by cash, debit card or credit card.
Outside Financing
There are some great options to help cover the cost of treatment if that is a challenge for you. We can help guide you through some options to help you get the care you need without it becoming an immediate financial burden including the below options.
We offer two financing programs, Cherry or CareCredit.
You can apply for CareCredit online or in our office for 0% interest for 6 months. Any arrangements for third-party financing (i.e. Cherry or CareCredit) must be made before starting treatment. These options are just like any other credit card that you must qualify for.
